Privacy Policy
This page explains what this website records about your visit, why it records it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are an independent information site about casino payments, not a gambling operator, so we never take deposits and never hold financial account details.
Information we record
We collect very little. Server logs capture your IP address, browser type, device category, the pages you opened, the referring page and the time of the request. If you write to us, we keep the message and the email address you sent it from so we can reply and keep a record of the exchange.
We do not ask for your name, date of birth, payment card numbers, bank details or identity documents. If you send such details to us unprompted, we delete them rather than file them.
Why we process it
Log data keeps the site available and lets us spot abusive traffic. Aggregated statistics tell us which payment and withdrawal topics readers actually open, which is how we decide what to update next. Correspondence is processed so we can answer you.
Cookies and measurement
We set a small number of cookies. Some are strictly functional and remember basic display preferences. Others are analytics cookies that count visits and measure how far down a page readers get.
Your browser controls cookies. Blocking or clearing them will not lock you out of any part of this site, though a preference you set may not survive the next visit.
Third parties we rely on
Our hosting provider processes traffic on our behalf, and our analytics provider receives page view data in aggregated form. Neither receives anything that identifies you personally from us.
We do not sell data, we do not trade mailing lists, and we do not run behavioural advertising exchanges on these pages.
Outbound links
Links to casino sites leave our control the moment you click. The destination applies its own privacy notice and sets its own cookies, including cookies that identify the referring site. Read the notice on that site before you register or deposit.
How long we keep things
Server logs are held for a short operational period and then discarded. Aggregated analytics figures are kept longer because they carry no identifying detail. Email correspondence is kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. You may also object to analytics measurement, which you can enforce yourself through your browser settings.
We answer requests within a reasonable time and may ask a question or two to confirm the request came from you.
Security and updates
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit and access to the site backend is restricted to the people who maintain it. No system is perfect, so we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.
When this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page. Continued use after that point means you accept the updated version. Questions about anything here can go to the operator contact address published in the footer.
